Ingrid Bayot is a midwife and trainer with extensive experience in perinatal care. She has worked in various areas, including the delivery room, postpartum and neonatal care, and providing overall support for childbirth and breastfeeding.

In 2004, she earned a Diplôme Universitaire en Lactation Humaine et Allaitement (D.U.L.H.A.M.) from the Grenoble Faculty of Medicine. Additionally, she has completed courses in communication and psychology. Since 1991, she has been providing training in perinatal care and breastfeeding in French-speaking Europe and Quebec, Canada, where she has been living since 1996. From 2001 to 2021, she served as a lecturer at the Université du Québec à Trois Rivières in the Baccalauréat en Pratique Sage-femme.

Currently, she is a lecturer in the D.U. Lactation Humaine et Allaitement (Human lactation and breastfeeding) at the University of Aix-Marseille, and in the DU Développement précoce et Psychopathologie Périnatale (Early development and perinatal psychopathology) at the University of Paris-Cité.
